Yes, Frontier Van Lines is fully licensed, insured and bonded. How far in advance should I book a move with Frontier Van Lines? In a perfect world, we would like our customers to book a minimum of 2-3 weeks in advance; however, we know that isn't always possible. We do everything we can to accommodate your move date requirements. Do you provide free estimates? Yes! Please call our office and a Relocation Consultant will be happy to help you. Can I pack my items myself? Yes, but why take all those evenings and weekends when we can do it in one day or less? For more information on our packing services, please click here. Do you have a storage facility where I can keep my belongings until I am ready to move into my new home? Absolutely! We can bring your belongings to our storage facility where they will safely stay for as long as it takes. Once you have a move in date, simply call our office and we will schedule your delivery. For more information, please click here. Can I leave my clothes in the drawers? Yes; however, please make sure there are no fragile items or heavy items left in the drawers. Can I use garbage bags to pack my belongings? No. Plastic bags tend to tear easily. We recommend boxes or plastic bins. Do you transport automobiles? At this time we do not transport automobiles. We do have contacts that can provide this service to you. Your Relocation Consultant can provide you our contacts' information. Do you provide insurance coverage? Yes. We provide the basic valuation of 60 cents per pound at no charge. If you require additional insurance, your Relocation Consultants can provide you with that information. What items am I not permitted to ship? These items include flammable items such as propane, paint, turpentine etc. Drugs, alcohol, pets, live plants, weapons, ammunition and large safes are also not permitted. Do you move large items such as pianos and pool tables? Yes we do as part of a larger move. Pool tables must be disassembled prior to pick up. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept money orders, certified checks and cash. We do not accept personal checks nor do we accept credit cards.
