She/he is readily available to guide you through the move process. Emails are a great communication tool; however, a free in-house estimate or telephone conversation is critical to ensuring satisfied customers. Imagine calling your auto mechanic to ask how much it will cost to get your car running. Is it fair to expect a realistic estimate without giving him/her an understanding of the problem? It works the same way with moving. No two moves, just as no two cars, require the same exact services at the exact same price. Your professional and knowledgeable Relocation Consultant begins by getting a better understanding of your requirements - the size of your move, any unique/fragile/high value items that may require special attention, when you need to move and the location of your new home. They can also assist you in identifying potential areas of concern or increased cost – Will the truck/trucks be able to easily get in and out of the pick up and delivery locations? She/he will provide you with the best and most cost effective solutions based on your needs - keeping in mind that the ultimate goal is for all your belongings to arrive safely. Best of all, these consultations and estimates are free! As an added value, your Relocation Consultant is able to readily share her/his experience through helpful tips and suggestions for all phases of your move. Every employee at Frontier Van Lines knows her/his role in the partnership with you, our customer, is to decrease the natural stress involved in your move and to ensure your belongings arrive safely to your new location. Frontier Van Lines' movers are highly trained professionals and participate in our ongoing training which includes the latest packing techniques of the 21st century. Our movers are professionally trained to handle art, antiques, designer furniture and pianos. The foremen are also required to complete a total of 350 hours of moving experience before they can take charge of a moving crew. What this means to you, our valued customer, is confidence in our crew's ability to ensure all of your belongings are safe and secure during loading, transporting and unloading of the truck.
